General Terms and Conditions (GTC) (as of November 2024) ​

1. The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between Maunasanna on a permanent basis, until revoked, represented by Sanna Wandtke, and the contractual partner/customer. ​

2 Registration and confirmation

Registration for a course must be made in writing. This can be done via the registration form, on site, by email, by letter and via all channels used by Maunasanna/Sanna Wandtke for customer communication (Instagram, telephone, etc.). Registration is binding. Registration for distance selling (internet, email) is completed as soon as written confirmation from Maunasanna has been received. This is done via a message via email, Whatsapp, Telegram, Signal, SMS or Instagram. ​

3. Contract duration The contract duration is determined by the offer chosen by the contractual partner/customer. In the case of fixed-term contracts, the contract is valid until the end of the offer. Termination is excluded here. Advanced courses can be terminated by either party at any time.

4. Participation Participation in a session is only possible with prior registration. The fees are due immediately upon registration. A place on the course is only secured once the course fee has been paid. The fee must be paid into one of the accounts mentioned. ​

5. Method of payment The fees for an offer from Maunasanna must be paid on time by bank transfer or PayPal. The account details will be communicated to the contractual partner upon registration.   

6. Payment Terms The fees to be paid arise directly from Maunasanna's offer. When registering for time-limited sessions, one-off payments are due, which must be paid in advance when registering to one of the accounts mentioned or via Paypal. ​

7. Stornierung

Eine Stornierung einer Session ist bedingt möglich. Der Teilnehmer erhält einen Gutschein für die gebuchte Session und kann diesen jederzeit einlösen.

8. Stornierung und Kündigung durch Maunasanna

Bei Nichtzahlung von Gebühren innerhalb der Zahlungsfrist für Angebote mit einmaliger Zahlung hat Maunasanna das Recht, die betreffende Person vom Programm auszuschließen.

9. Liability The contractual partner assures that he is physically and mentally able to take part in the offer. If there are physical or mental limitations, the contractual partner is obliged to find out in advance about the offer at Maunasanna and to use this information to ask the doctor whether the offer can be exercised without risk. Maunasanna is not liable for valuables brought along by the contractual partner/customer. ​

10. Data Protection The data collected by Maunasanna from session participants is stored electronically and used exclusively for communication with the customer and for sending price-relevant information. There are separate agreements regarding the use of photo and video material from courses and workshops. This will be communicated to participants in advance. All of this is subject to German data protection regulations.
