Maunasanna
Mauna derives from both the Hawaiian word for "mountain" and the Sanskrit word Mouna, meaning "silence." Sanna is my birth name, and it means both truthful and healing.
When I connect with the field, I become the mountain. I enter the void, become present and still. Then my consciousness opens to the information of the field, to all the knowledge needed in this moment. Maunasanna, the healing stillness of the mountain.
The beginning
I was born in Berlin in 1989. During my youth, I was deeply involved with the work of Eckhart Tolle and Dr. Joe Dispenza, practiced Qi Gong with my mother, and gained some knowledge of homeopathy and family constellations. Despite my interest in alternative healing methods, I initially followed my passion for art and moved to Hamburg in 2010 to study illustration. A turning point was my six-month hike on the Pacific Crest Trail from Mexico to Canada: The deep connection with nature and the stillness of the mountains brought me closer to myself and have been an essential part of my life ever since – and now directly influence my work as an Enabler.

The path of the enabler
Shaped by years of meditation practice and retreats with Dr. Joe Dispenza, where I learned Coherence Healing, I then refined my intuitive abilities through working with Heidi Krauss (Kap and Akawa). This led to the development of the clear inner visions that now form the foundation of my remote vision sessions. Following my training in Akawa in 2022, I took the step towards detaching from Akawa already in 2023 when I began to learn from Ivan Rohe. He helped me find my own expression. As an enabler, I now guide people through intuitive fieldwork, detached from rigid systems and classical methods, to create a free, authentic space for transformation.
In my sessions, I perceive frequencies in the field that express themselves through my voice, in the form of singing or a continuous sound. This can bring about an immediate energetic realignment of the space or anchor an energy within it. Sometimes I also receive information in the form of codes and symbols, which I intuitively transfer to paper. These symbols can later support my participants in their processes and contain information that isn't necessarily accessible to the intellect. In my Remote Vision Sessions, I have vivid visions, which I provide to my participants as an audio recording (30-40 minutes) after the sessions to support their processes. And because the mountains have a strong influence on my field, I now also offer from time to time special remote sessions from powerful places in nature, where the healing frequency of these locations contributes to the sessions.
